References marked “Price on request” can be added to a selection. Sending it does not initiate a payment or confirm availability. Our team will provide the supply terms.

Payment and tracking

A recorded order is not a payment confirmation. You receive a reference and a private code to track its progress. Keep that code confidential.

Personal information

Orders store the contact and delivery information needed to fulfil them. Tracking uses an order reference and a private code. Language preferences and the cart use a technical session; favourites are saved locally in your browser.
